My RoomMy room is dark and creepy to most people; it has the fragrance of popcorn due to all of the tan popcorn bags in there. I hear the rumble of "Godsmack" which is playing on the radio. There are clothes everywhere I look, laying on the floor.
I lay on the unmade, raven and silver bed. The TV sticks out due to the crimson walls that are not painted the best. The paint is chipping and falling off onto the gray carpet…but who knew the carpet was gray instead of black, right? Posters of my favorite bands are falling down.

the darkness of
the night, where
nothing is normal.
I am afraid that
something might get
me. I cling to a
candle whose wax
is scalding to the
touch. The candle
